The Challenges

Ring O' Fire

Ring O' Fire is a coastal ultra marathon which takes runners on an extraordinary 135 mile journey around the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales. The epic foot race is staged over three consecutive days and follows the rugged and spectacular Anglesey Coastal Path.

Almost the entire coastline of Anglesey has been designated an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". Set against the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia mountain range, runners will challenge themselves in some of the most awe inspiring coastal scenery in the British Isles.

Beauty aside, the extreme distance and variable terrain has sealed the race's reputation as one of the most challenging ultra marathons in the British Isles.

Or sign-up as a charity runner and raise money for a great cause! This year we are offering a limited number of charity places and have partnered with six leading charities, Bowel Cancer UK, the Stroke Association, the Afghan Sports Trust, Petals Charity, St David's Hospice and Size of Wales.

Firelighter

The Ring Of Fire

Love is A Burning Thing
And it Makes A Fiery Ring
Bound By Wild Desire
I Fell Into A Ring Of Fire

I Fell Into A Burning Ring Of Fire
I Went Down, Down, Down
And The Flames Went Higher

And It Burns, Burns, Burns
